Senior Planner - (Bristol)
Osborne Richardson is delighted to be working with one of the leading planning consultancies in the country. The company work on a broad range of projects on behalf of public and private sector clients. They provide advice across the entire spectrum of projects from initial feasibility studies, through to the submission of planning applications and appeals.
In this role, you will be provided with a wide array of clients, working mostly on a range of projects in the West of England, including residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes. An ability to communicate well with landowners, developers and architects will be fundamental to this role. You will be responsible for providing clients with viable planning strategies in a comprehensive and timely manner.
Candidates for this role should have at least 4 years of planning experience. Previous experience within a planning consultancy, developer or local authority will be pivotal for this position. Your understanding of the planning process, as well as your commercial awareness will be important. All applicants must have either an RTPI accredited undergraduate or master's degree.
You'll be offered a remuneration package ranging from £38,000 - £47,000 per annum for this job, depending on your level of experience.
