We are home to wealthy areas, but also to some of the most deprived wards in London. Kensal Canalside Opportunity Area will provide 3500 homes, 2000 jobs, as well as new transport and community infrastructure.  We are committed to building 600 new homes on our own land through our own house building programme.

We are looking for an experienced and confident person to assist in the management of our high performing Development Management Team. You will take a lead on our strategic sites, large scale planning applications and Planning Performance Agreements, playing a pivotal role in securing a twenty first century contribution to the Borough. This will include setting up and leading projects, working closely with members and stakeholders, negotiating fees and complex legal agreements and sharing your experience and knowledge through motivating and coaching your colleagues. 

You will need excellent negotiation and customer service skills and a flexible approach to work. We are looking for someone who can manage a caseload of significant and complex development proposals.  You will preferably be a Chartered Town Planner.
