Assistant Development Manager

Opportunity:

A leading UK developer is looking for an Assistant Development Manager to support their land team in their Brentwood office. This role has come about due to a series of promotions at this level, creating this position as they continue to grow.

Key responsibilities of this role include supporting planning applications and helping senior members of the land team manage developments from acquisition through planning up to delivery, writing development appraisals, viability & feasibility studies, and assessment of potential future developments.
