Delivery Manager for Strategic Sites – The role is responsible for delivery of a range of large-scale strategic developments including new towns at Waterbeach and Northstowe, a new village at Bourn, major employment areas such as the Cambridge Biomedical Campus and award winning mixed use urban extension developments such as North West Cambridge.

Both these roles require candidates with good leadership , people and project management skills, with a focus on delivery of high quality outcomes and excellent customer service.
