A leading Oxfordshire planning consultancy is looking for an Assistant Planner to join their expanding team. Your role will focus on contributing towards planning application submissions across a variety of sectors. This could involve initial feasibility analysis of development opportunities, to assessing governmental policy and researching development plan documents. You will be tasked with summarising policy proposals from local authorities and ultimately meeting with and guiding clients on opportunities.
This company are a planning led practice with teams in urban design and architecture. A well-known local practice with an excellent client base around Oxfordshire and local counties, they also have a unique, vibrant office space. They've fostered a family orientated work environment and will support you towards achieving your APC.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Have graduated with a UK degree in Town Planning
- Ideally some planning experience (1 to 12 months) in either the private or public sector
- Dynamic, enthusiastic personality willing to jump into interesting work!
