Senior / DCO Planners

Opportunity:

A planning & property consultancy are looking to expand their DCO consents team as they continue to win more work. This is an excellent time to be joining a long-established consultancy with an enviable client list. The company are known for providing high quality guidance to a wide variety of blue-chip clients, and recent work wins mean they are set to bring in multiple planners to work on large scale infrastructure and energy projects.

The successful applicants will be tasked with providing work on large scale and complex developments across England and Wales. Working closely with a couple of Partners and the wider planning team, you'll be given support and training to progress you career as the company grows. They operate from a singular modern office space in central London.

This is the ideal role for a town planner looking for an exciting step up in their career!

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in town planning, preferably from the UK
• Experience working on infrastructure or energy projects. To be successful for the senior level roles you must have some expertise from working specifically on development consents orders (DCO).
• Engaging, switched on personality to fit into the team and company culture!
