We have a highly developed vision for growth centred on our masterplan for Sutton Town Centre, linked to the ambitious development framework for the London Cancer Hub in the south of the Borough, which aims to position Sutton as a world class leader in the field of research and treatment of cancer.

Sutton has an enabling approach to new development and this function is made possible by the work of the Planning Enforcement Team addressing inappropriate development having developed an excellent reputation for achieving compliance through early intervention and assertive negotiations.
