Senior Urban Designer

Opportunity:

One of the UK's premier planning and design consultancies are looking to expand their Bristol team with the appointment of a Senior Urban Designer. You'll be working on large-scale residential schemes across the UK, designing masterplans and housing layouts for multi-unit schemes. Role & Company:

You'll be taking a design focused role, working on a range of medium and large scale residential/mixed use development schemes. Tasks include design development, masterplan drawings, design strategies, mentoring junior team members, producing technical detail drawings and generating reports.

This company has 10+ UK office locations employing over 300 staff across the planning and design industry, placing them in an ideal leading position to influence project design for the good of the property industry, local communities and the environment. The Bristol team currently stands at over 50 employees, with experts from multiple sectors, including Architects, Landscape Architects, Town Planners and Environmental Consultants.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years' experience post relevant Urban Design Bachelor/Master degree
• Experience working on large-scale, UK based residential masterplans
• High quality hand drawing skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Suite
