Senior Technical Officer (CIL Support)
Permanent Contract, Full time (37 hours per week) or Part time, Grade 3
Full time salary from £21,211 to £25,460 per annum with progression based on performance
The Planning & Sustainability Department deal with many different types of planning and building control applications each year, all of which results in lots of new development across the District. So if you want to be part of shaping the environment around you and enjoy the challenge of working to daily deadlines in an office environment, then this could be the opportunity you have been waiting for.
You will provide senior technical support to Planning, Building Control and Spatial teams within Planning & Sustainability in a busy, pressurised but motivated department (CIL (Community Infrastructure Levy administration, application vetting, fee appraising, street naming and numbering, appeals, data entry, document production, document scanning and providing advice and information to the public by phone and in person).
