Job Details
Our client is one of the leading Planning Consultancies in the UK. They have a network of offices nationwide and they have a very successful office in Central London and a planned expansion into the North Home Counties. They offer a full suite of Town Planning Services with a particular focus in the South of England.
London
They are looking for an Associate Director to join the firm. The successful applicant will be the figurehead for the London office and will work closely with the management team across the country. Therefore, candidates must have first class negotiation and consulting skills. You should be positive in your mindset and want to hep to further establish the firm as a leading planning practice in Central London.
This is a role with excellent prospects and is of considerable strategic importance to their planned growth in the London market. As a firm they are profitable, have a long history and have some excellent leaders across the business. They encourage flexible working, can introduce you to some outstanding clients and will allow you to bring - and further develop - your own set of clients, either within Development Planning or within Strategic Planning. You will receive an excellent salary and benefits package and would have future options to have equity in the business.
North Home Counties
As the consultancy has a dedicated client base already established in the Bucks/Herts/Oxfordshire/Bedford area they are looking for someone to take a leading role in setting up a new office which will service clients in this area. There is a clear business case for this expansion and it will not be a cold start. That being said you will be expected to have strong ideas of how you will build a sustainable stream of business that will not just support yourself, but will allow you to grow a team of consultants in the region.
