A flexible approach to problem solving is key; expect to be involved in a wide range of planning work including dealing with planning applications, resolution of enforcement cases. You will spend a significant amount of time out of the office visiting sites in the National Park.

Whilst we are passionate about our environment, we are also focussed on the people, communities and businesses we serve – delivering sustainable development in a protected landscape is an exciting challenge. The customer is at the heart of what we do so you will need to demonstrate the ability to confidently engage with a wide range of audiences using sensitivity, tact and diplomacy.
