You will be working on wide range of schemes across the UK, from smaller developments all the way up to very large developments, with a pipeline of 2,500+ units in planning, with a GDV north of £350m.
You will be joining a tremendously active team, working closely with the directors and senior team on all things planning, but also with exposure to other aspects of the development cycle. This is a hugely exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow, learn and become a rounded and commercially astute planner.
- Excellent Academics (RTPI or RICS P&D degrees)
- Some relevant industry work experience
- Strong communications skills
- TEAM PLAYER IS ESSENTIAL!
- Organised, ambitious and tenacious
- Used to working in a busy and fast paced environment
Our client are offering a very competitive salary circa £22,000-£24,000 basic salary depending on experience (but would consider more for the right person) and a generous company package.
This really is a fantastic role, with envious long term career prospects.
Please submit CV's to Henry @ realrec.co.uk or call 0203 911 1701 to discuss.
If you do not hear anything back within two weeks, please assume that you have been unsuccessful on this occasion, but I will retain your details for future roles.
