2 x S106 Officer
Our client requires two S106 Officers to carry out roles that will focus on the processing of S106 legal agreements and providing advice to stakeholders and developers as well as responding to correspondence in agreed and identifiable timescales.
It will be your responsibility to monitor the collection and expenditure of financial receipts. Our client has a very busy programme so they will need you to be competent in this area of work and able to hit the ground running. The role has a key admin function within the development management area of planning and will make full use of your data and spreadsheet management skills.
To carry out this role ideally you will of undertaken a similar post recently and gained the specialist planning knowledge needed including the specific legal terminology that is uses. You will need to be confident dealing with external contacts, in particular representatives from developers working in the Borough. You will need good financial management skills and be able to organise and manage complex data in order to support the delivery of projects to a high standard. It is not absolutely essential you have town planning related qualifications as quite often these roles are undertaken by those from a finance and accounting background.
Or client is also happy to take on a recent Town Planning Graduate who has a good understanding of S106 as they will provide training.
The role is based in South West London with one of the most prominent boroughs in the Capital and will pay between £18-£20/hr umbrella depending on experience.
