Senior Planning Consents Manager

Opportunity:

A leading multidisciplinary consultancy are looking for a Senior Planning Consents Manager to join their specialist team in London.

Working on major infrastructure developments in the capital, you'll be tasked with leading a small consents team to ensure the smooth delivery of this project. Reporting into the London director, your team will deliver all planning consents (development consents orders, DCO) for this stage of the development. You'll ensure good compliance for the work the team delivers, taking on the more complex elements yourself, while managing the external stakeholders. When appropriate you'll be tasked with networking and winning new business for the company.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Relevant town planning qualification and experience, preferably working on large developments within infrastructure.
• Wider planning experience across environmental matters, town and infrastructure projects will aid an application.
• Some experience working on DCO's in the UK.
• Commercially minded individual, with some experience in managing or mentoring staff.
