Principal Planning Officer (Development Management) – Maternity Cover – up to one year contract
24 hours per week – working pattern to be discussed at interview
Salary £26,816 per annum (£41,341 F.T.E.)
+ Essential car user allowance of £804 per annum (£1,239 F.T.E.).

Due to unprecedented development pressure in the pipeline across the Borough, we have secured the funding to be able to advertise for a new Principal Planner for two days a week. As a member of the RTPI, you will have the opportunity to work on a rewarding range of complex planning applications in some of the most beautiful parts of the South East of England.
