Planning Officer –up to a two year contract 

37 Hours – this is a full time post but applications for part-time will also be considered. 

Starting salary range - £26,029 + £1,239 essential car user allowance, per annum

Are you looking for a role that will actively invest in your professional development?

As part of the Development Management team, you will get the opportunity to further your knowledge of the planning and development management process and gain experience in dealing with a range of planning applications. This will include the opportunity to be involved with major housing schemes. 

We are looking for a Planner with good organisational and time management skills, combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to customer care. You will also have the ability to read plans and drawings and prepare and present information effectively in writing and orally.
