We are looking for an experienced professional town planner to help drive the planning and delivery of large strategic development sites in the district. Priority projects currently include the Rushden East Sustainable Urban Extension, Priors Hall Park and Tresham Garden Village.

The successful candidate will be an excellent team worker and negotiator, and will have experience of large scale master-planning and the range of development management skills required to move large sites through to successful implementation.

The Planning Services team at East Northamptonshire Council is well resourced and positive planning is an integral element of the corporate agenda for high quality economic growth.
