The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to develop a career in Environmental Planning. The successful candidate will gain great insight in working in a busy Planning department, within a team providing advice on biodiversity, landscape design, building conservation, urban design and sustainability. There will be an opportunity to undertake further training where necessary to obtain a professional qualification and gain RTPI, IHBC, CMLI, or CIEEM accreditation.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join us and training support will be offered in line with the Council’s post entry training policy. The successful candidate will have a degree/diploma, preferably in Urban Design, Building Conservation, Landscape Design, Ecology, or Town Planning or have significant experience in a similar role.
