In order to support our growth ambitions, we are looking for a Team Manager and Planner Officer in Development Management:
Team Manager (Development Management) – £53,544 - £56,682
For the Team Manager role, you should be able demonstrate strong leadership and mentoring skills and a sound knowledge of the planning system. A good track record in planning decision-making and the use of delegated powers will be essential.
Planning Officer (Development Management) £33,948 - £39,774 rising to £42,684
The Planner role would suit an exceptional graduate with experience of assessing planning applications and applications for works to trees. You will work on a range of planning and related applications and appeals. Professional development and support will be provided, with opportunities to progress within the organisation. This comes with a varied and challenging caseload.
