Walsall Council’s Corporate Plan 2018-2021 recognises ‘Economic Growth’ as one of its core priorities. Indeed, a successful local economy matters across all outcomes for the Council and its partners. Together with this commitment, we have the drive and ambition to make the most of all local, regional and national opportunities and ensure delivery. In addition, the Council is investing in new ways of working through our Walsall Proud Programme.

We have an extensive development pipeline, willing partners and a strong determination to unlock development site and attract investment, and we need you to help us achieve this.
In return you will benefit from working in a supportive team environment enabling you to advance your skills. We offer a flexible working policy including 27 days leave days leave and 5 additional days for 5 years continuous local government service plus bank holidays and concessionary days.
For any queries or questions about the role, please contact Joel Maybury, Team Leader - Development on 07717 513365 or Jo Nugent, Place Development Manager on 07538 937167.
