DCO Consents Assistant

A leading multidisciplinary are looking for a Planning Consents Assistant to join their expanding Birmingham team working on HS2.

Qualifications & Experience:

Degree in town planning and some expertise gained working in the private sector within this field. Any Schedule 17 or wider infrastructure planning experience will strongly help an application.

Role & Company:

This role is ideal for a town planner, ideally with some DCO knowledge or expertise working on large infrastructure developments. You'll be supporting the team working with a number of planning & engineering teams from multiple consultancies and local authorities, reviewing and submitting Schedule 17 plans and specifications required for works delivery on HS2. You'll help guide the pre-application process with LPA's through to successful determination and discharge an associate conditions that are applied.

With decades of experience working with major infrastructure and energy clients on a wide variety of UK based developments they are well placed to lead on DCO work for a lot of the proposed HS2 development.
