Senior Town Planner

A leading planning & property consultancy are looking for a Senior Town Planner to join their central London office.

Qualifications & Experience:

• MRTPI with 2 years' post qualification experience.
• Private sector experience, preferably from a consultancy but applicants with client side experience will also be considered.
• Commercially minded with excellent communication skills.

Role

• Advising clients on planning potential of land and property, and assisting in the creation of development proposals.
• Submitting planning applications, guiding client's applications through the system to successful delivery.
• Attaining heritage planning consents, taking action on material planning consolidations, gaining approval of reserved matters.
• Supporting wider team with planning appeals
