Senior Town Planner (Client Side)

A leading UK Build-to-Rent developer are looking for an experienced Senior Planner to join their growing team in North London.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• MRTPI, Minimum 4 years' experience post degree.
• UK degree in town planning, preferably a Masters.
• Experience working in the private sector (client side or consultancy).
• Strong communicator, good project manager.

They have gradually expanded the planning team this year as part of that initial wave of expansion, and this opportunity fits into that growth. A key member of the town planning team, this role will see you directly involved in sites from acquisition stage onwards, prepare and deliver planning applications on major schemes with a focus on BtR developments, and project managing a variety of internal and external stakeholders. You'll research sites in tandem with the land buying team, and preparing responses to consultation drafts of Local Plans, the GLA, National Planning documents and wider planning legislation.
