The Role:

Our specialist sectors mean as a Recruitment Consultant you will be working on exciting permanent or temporary assignments across planning, architecture, civils, environment and sustainability. We can offer you a warm desk and an excellent network of clients and candidates to help develop your specialist sector.

You will be joining an exciting and forward thinking consultancy which will help you develop your personal brand in a supportive and friendly team. Excellent career prospects are offered and we encourage our recruitment consultants to aspire to having a junior team member reporting into them, providing invaluable research and administrative support.

About you:

We do not believe in micro management and like consultants to be entrepreneurial and autonomous whilst working within a supportive team environment. We are interested in talking to individuals who can demonstrate motivation, ambition and a flair for business development with a proven track record in a previous recruitment or sales role.

We expect high standards but provide excellent training and a supportive working environment. The key qualities we look for are the ability to build rapport with both clients and candidates, excellent verbal and written communication skills and an eye for detail. In addition, you will have a strong work ethic and be target driven and self motivated. An interest in our specialist sectors would also be a distinct advantage.
