Senior Planning Enforcement and compliance officer (X2)

£31,371 to £33,799 - 37 hours, Permanent​​

The successful candidate(s) will need to demonstrate that they have effective case work management skills supported by evidence as a result of professional employment/ experiences. You will have current and applied knowledge of planning policy and Legislation: excellent communication and organisational skills to plan, coordinate, negotiate and complete wide range of short. medium and Long term matters and deal efficiently and effectively with reported planning breaches.

Good IT skills, accurate record keeping and effective communication skills are all essential.
