Senior Planning Officer
£31,371 to £33,799 - 37 hours, Permanent

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate that they have effective case work management skills supported by evidence as a result of your professional employment and casework experience. You will have current and applied knowledge of planning policy and Legislation: excellent communication and organisational skills to plan, coordinate and case manage a wide range of short. medium and Long term complex major projects. Good IT skills, accurate record keeping and effective communication and negotiation skills are all essential.
A full, clean driving License and use of a vehicle is an essential requirement for the above post.
