Our client is a local authority who requires degree qualified Town Planner to carry out a role within their Sustainable Communities/Policy Division. Working in busy department you will assist with the research and monitoring work undertaken within strategic planning (Local Development Framework, neighbourhood planning), economic development (Economic Development Strategy, Local Economic Assessment) and transport.

Recent experience in a policy /strategic planning role would be beneficial (ideally you will have gained this within London,) and your knowledge of current planning legislation and guidelines will need to be fully up to date.

The role will be based in South West London and will initially run until April 2021, the rate will be around £20 per hour Umbrella. Please get in touch for more information, a job description is available.
