Economic Development and Enterprise Manager
£39,880 - £42,821 per annum
Post Number: 10001077
We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced individual to play a leading role in the economic growth and regeneration of Tendring.
Managing a small team your focus will be: underpinning the district’s recovery from COVID-19; unlocking and then maximising the potential of Tendring’s businesses; restoring the vibrancy of the district’s key settlements; and capitalising on the exciting growth opportunities afforded by port related activity; clean energy; and on innovation in the care-tech sector.
This will involve developing sector specific initiatives as well as generic projects focused on securing sustainable and long-term economic growth. You will be working with public and private sector partners to promote Tendring’s strategic priorities, and you will play a key role in accessing funding to support project delivery.
With a professional qualification and proven experience in a similar role, you will be an excellent team leader with first class project management skills and budget management experience.
