Your day as a Town Planner

• Liaising and reporting to Clients whilst advising on the planning potential of land and property, risk assessment and the formulation of development proposals.
• Assembling and subsequently managing consultant teams, alongside liaising with stakeholders and local authorities.
• Preparing and submitting applications for planning permission, navigating potential issues such as heritage consent, and negotiating conditions.
• Assisting with mentoring junior members of the team.

Potential candidates should have knowledge of both development management and development plan processes and planning permissions and MRTPI is often desired.
