Planner/Senior Planner

Green Planning Studio is a planning-led, multi-disciplinary consultancy based at Upton Magna near Shrewsbury, working on cases across England and Wales. We specialise in unusual sites in rural areas for both developers and private individuals, and require a candidate for a post to support the delivery of our expanding portfolio of land-use, housing and mixed-use development cases. You will be part of our busy appeals team, carrying out research and preparing planning appeal documentation. In time you will be required to give evidence at hearings and inquiries. We support personal development and are looking for an individual keen to develop the role to become one of our successful advocates.

You will be a qualified and chartered planner with a strategic approach to appeals. You will have a meticulous approach to data and an ability to write clear technical/legal English. You will be an effective team worker and able to handle and prioritise a busy and diverse workload.
