An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client for a Planner or Senior Planner with experience within an Economics team to join their growing team at a very exciting time!​

Our client has earned their reputation as one of the UK's leading planning consultancies and have diversified their service lines over recent years to provide their clients with quality advice through the development cycle.​

Joining a growing team you will have an integral role in assisting clients across the development industry and local authorities. Typical responsibilities include:

  • Analysing demographic and economic trends

  • Reviewing local planning policy

  • Undertaking economic and social impact assessments

  • Delivering residential and commercial market analysis​

The Planner / Senior Planner for the Economics team will have demonstrable experience within the public or private sectors and be able to showcase their knowledge of planning legislation and the current macro-economic climate. Excellent communication skills are required due to the complex nature of the work you will compile and the regular contact with clients, colleagues, and local authorities. Due to the varied nature of the role, whilst a clear understanding of Planning is required, individuals with a background in Real Estate more generally, Economics or Mathematics are welcomed to apply or get in touch to find out more.​
