Penguin Recruitment is pleased to be working with a Town Planning Consultancy in London, dedicated to developing creative solutions for their clients, which typically are householders, businesses and developers.

The successful Planner will be responsible for a diverse caseload in the residential and commercial sectors including householder applications, householder appeals, pre-application submissions, case reviews, enforcement and changes of use.

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Town Planner to work in a vibrant Town Planning Consultancy.

Job requirements

-Appropriate qualification (Town Planning or similar)

-MRTPI status or working towards it

-Minimum of 3 years of planning experience, ideally within London and in the private sector.

-Team Player

-Great Communication skills

-Strong at report writing and preparing statements

Benefits

In return for your hard work, you will receive a salary of £34,000 - £40,000pa (subject to experience), and access to the company's benefits such as PerkBox (Free coffee, discounts on shops etc.)
