DM Senior

Carrington West are assisting a local planning authority based in Kent in their search for a Senior Planning Officer to join the team on a 6 month initial contract, starting in January.
You will be able to work remotely, although site visits will be a necessary part of the role. The case-load associated to the position will contain mixed applications including small and moderate-scale majors. 
The preferred candidate will have:
·Experience of a similar role within an LPA
·Particularly experience within a Kent-based authority
·Previous experience with greenbelt, heritage and areas of outstanding natural beauty.
·Access to car and a full driving licence.
 
Pay rate for the role will fall in the region of £35 per hour, although this is negotiable dependant upon experience.
