Are you… a recently chartered Surveyor with ambition and think creatively and solve problems?

You'll have experience of some of the following, with an eagerness to learn about those you haven't:
-Valuing prospective developments
-Affordable housing viability assessments
-Negotiating infrastructure for S106 legal agreements
-Land and property valuations
-Estate development and management strategy
-Research and analytical skills.
Ideally you will have experience in using Argus (beneficial), BCIS data and CoStar? You should be recently chartered and hold 3-5 years experience.
You will be doing - AHVA, CIL appeals to the VOA, feasibility studies, land valuation, site search and selection, sequential tests, and our client will give you exposure to more detailed town planning work too.
The company already do all the above, but you'll be taking ownership of some of these tasks - working out of the Oxford office (or the Thames Valley Office) - you'll be working with town planners, and will be the first RICS surveyor in the company.
