BREEAM Assessor
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

Penguin Recruitment are pleased to be working with a Building Materials Supplier based in Nottingham on their quest to find a Non-Domestic Energy Assessor to join their team.
This supplier focuses on building, materials, infrastructure and technical solutions.
What you will need:
- 2 years' experience as a BREEAM Assessor or carrying out BREEAM Assessments
- BREEAM Accreditation
- Ability to work alone or in a team
- Clean UK Driving Licence
- Passion to progress your career in BREEAM
- A relevant degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with building services
Desired:
- Experience within a consultancy
- Experience with non-domestic energy assessing
