Architectural Technician/Building Surveyor
South Wales

Salary: (Depending on experience+ Excellent Benefits)
Penguin Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a multi-disciplinary consultancy who are currently recruiting Architectural Technician or Building Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis.
Our client has growing interest and client base in South Wales. They are looking to establish a base in this area. For this role you must have excellent technical knowledge and design skills. You will also have excellent verbal and written communication along with excellent organisational skills.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have an all-round approach to commercial and public sector projects, and be able to "wear different hats" for the needs of the project.
Ideally you will have sound knowledge of Building services and Building Control.
Skills / qualifications for this Role:
- Ability to produce detail working drawings.
- Design flare
- High level of written and verbal communication (especially with clients)
- Proficient in AutoCad and Revit.
Knowledge of BIM would be beneficial. - Experience in working in all RIBA stages
- Sound understanding of construction detailing
- Excellent technical knowledge
