Plan Making Team Leader – Spatial Planning
Croydon is an ambitious Council with a focus on supporting and encouraging business growth, delivering new homes (specifically affordable homes), responding to local needs and making sure that all benefit from sustainable growth.
Croydon is well placed to be a major strategic force for good growth and transformation in London and the South East. The Council has a vision to deliver sustainable development as envisaged through the Council’s Local Plan. The Council’s planning framework will continue to be focussed on delivery and balance sustainability objectives with development need.
An opportunity to lead the Council’s Plan Making Team as part of the Spatial Planning service does not come along very often, especially whilst the Local Plan Review is underway and we look forward to hearing from you. Should you wish to discuss the role further, please contact Steve Dennington [email protected]
