Senior or Principal Planner | West Midlands
We have a great opportunity for an ambitious Senior or Principal Planner to join our well-established Planning Service across the West Midlands.
Our continued involvement in some of the most exciting and complex projects has elevated us to become one of the UK's leading development consultancies, and so this is an exciting time to join us and make a significant contribution to the continued development and success of the planning team.
We have ambitious plans to build on this success by investing in our employees to ensure we provide an exceptional service and offer an agile working environment designed to support you and enable a flexible work life balance.
You will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of wide-ranging planning consultancy services, on nominated projects including undertaking public consultation, the preparation, submission and monitoring of planning applications, and collation of evidence for appeals, negotiating applications and moving towards managing your own projects.
Ideally you will hold an RTPI accredited degree or a similar relevant degree and be a Chartered member of the RTPI or working towards. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with strong professional and business acumen to nurture and develop new and existing projects with good knowledge and experience in policy practice.
