Planning Officer (Development and Place)

Up to £32,234 Plus Payment of Professional Fees

We’re seeking an experienced planning officer to manage a diverse caseload of planning applications, appeals and pre-application enquiries.

You will have a sound knowledge of planning and best practice and be resilient under pressure. You will also have first-rate communication skills using both the written and spoken word together with an ability to manage your own workload effectively.

This is a great opportunity to work within a small friendly planning service and make a real difference.

A casual user car allowance attaches to the post giving access to free onsite parking and you will have access to the Local Government Pension scheme.
