We are working with an Essex-based Local Authority who're looking for a Qualified Town Planner to join their DM team on a 3-6 month contract to help to deal with their backlog of cases.
 
Initially, the caseload will consist of householder and minor applications however there may be an opportunity to pick up some larger cases further down the line.
 
The authority need a Planner who has good experience of the UK Planning system with a proven record of dealing with smaller-scale planning application efficiently and effectively. Previous LPA experience is desirable.
 
Remote working is offered but essential site visits may be required.
 
To be successful in this position you MUST BE:
·A Qualified Town Planner with significant experience within a Local Authority Planning Department
