Principal Planner (Strategic Development Management) 

GRADE 09 (£37890.00 - £40876.00)

We are looking for a suitably qualified, highly motivated and experienced individual who can manage a busy and a varied caseload of applications; with a particular emphasis on strategic sites and high profile city centre applications with a significant design component. 

You will have a qualification in town planning, architecture or equivalent, good communication skills and will be able to manage multiple priorities. A track record demonstrating the ability to work with applicants and their design teams to secure high quality design outcomes is highly desirable.
