Working for the London Plan team you will be tasked with implementing the Mayors new London Plan.

Your new company
The policy team produce the London Plan and all supporting documentation including Supplementary Planning Guidance, London Plan Guidance, Opportunity Area Planning Frameworks and technical guides and tools which support our Development Control team. They also provide responses to the boroughs about whether their plans are in "general conformity" with the London Plan.

Your new role
You will be tasked with writing a number of Supplementary Planning guidance notes as well as helping implement the plan both internally and externally. Daily duties ill involve briefing, answering queries, producing guidance and key stakeholder engagement.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need a background in Policy planning ideally within London although experience from further afield will be considered. This is a Senior level appointment so you must be fairly self sufficient as this is also an entirely remote position.

What you'll get in return
Flexible working options available. The role will be offered on a long term basis well into 2022. The hourly rate is negotiable for the right candidate.
