Carrington West are assisting a fantastic architecture practice in their search for a Principal Planner/Head of Planning on a permanent basis.
 
We have a really exciting opportunity to join a creative and modern practice in the role of Principal Planner.
 
You will be asked to assist with a variety of different tasks so the ideal candidate needs to be flexible, innovate, with a passion to develop and grow alongside the company.
 
This would be ideal for candidates that want to work in an environment where they can bring ideas to the table regarding ways of practice, growth and stakeholder management.
 
My client is offering a flexible working from home policy, with an office presence needed just three days a week. (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday)
 
There will be management of up to 6 staff including 2 planning officers.
 
Please only apply if you have experience within a local authority planning team. The ideal candidate will have experience as a principal planning officer for a london borough dealing with strategic applications.
 
On offer is a competitive salary of up to £60k + benefits.
