Assistant Planner - (London)

Osborne Richardson is delighted to be working with a well know Planning and Design practice to appoint an enthusiastic, capable and committed Assistant Planner for their team in London. The successful candidate will be a good team player and be driven, motivated and passionate about planning.

The company

A highly regarded, independent practice that focus on planning applications and architectural design - working primarily on residential, commercial, leisure and mixed-use projects.

The role specifics

Day to day you will work within a friendly team, on a wide mix of schemes in the capital.

Your role will involve you assisting on pre-applications and planning applications. The organisation has a vast array of developer clients and projects will include – new build homes, residential extensions, leisure facilities and community spaces.

Role requirements

All applicants must have an RTPI accredited degree or master’s for this role. The company makes a conscious attempt to provide junior employees with adequate guidance. The organisation is regarded highly by many of its employees, because of the support and enjoyable working environment provided.

Reward

You’ll be offered a salary ranging between £25,000 to £30,000 per annum for this role.
