Job Details
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Director to work for a highly-respected multidisciplinary company. You will help in leading the Manchester office and develop innovative ideas for the company's growth.
Role Specifics
As an accomplished director and a forward-thinking leader, you will be tasked with motivating, developing and managing the performance of others as well as facilitating the professional and personal development of staff. You will be joining an award-winning company, who have already established their name in the industry and are now looking to further enhance their presence in the capital. Evidence of strong technical expertise as well as work winning ability will be pivotal for this role. You will be involved in a variety of projects for a range of private sector clients, providing advice from initial feasibility studies, to strategic advice, to detailed planning applications and appeals. In return, your personal brand will be enhanced and you will benefit from crossover work with other divisions within the business.
Role Requirements
As a proven professional and business leader you’ll be asked to apply your knowledge and effectively respond to changing markets, in order to deliver an outstanding consultancy service to the organisation's existing and emerging client base.
The company is seeking a commercially aware professional that can spot good business opportunities. Applicants should be MRTPI chartered.
