Senior Planner

We are looking for an experienced planning officer for our Development Management Team. The post holder will have a varied caseload relating to minerals and waste management development, the County Council's own development proposals and dealing with complaints and enforcement matters.

Candidates should have knowledge and experience in development management, have good written and verbal communication skills, be proficient at finding solutions to environmental problems and have an ability to analyse complex information. Experience and knowledge of minerals and waste management industries would be an advantage.
