Senior Validation Officer

Our client is a Local Authority in the East of England and they require a temporary Town Planning Admin Officer to join them for a contract role which will initially be offered for 3 months.

This role will involve the management of 5 junior members of staff. You will be required to help them with validation queries, processing appeals and refunds and validating complex applications as well as manage your own caseload of work in this area therefore our client requires an officer who is this line of work and has recent extensive experience.

Experience of working with Uniform and Information at Work is essential and you should either have line managed before or be able to demonstrate where you have led teams or people either inside/outside of work or have demonstrated capability.

This role can be carried out remotely though you will might need to be available in the office once a week (if required) for full team meetings but most of the work will be carried out remotely. The hourly rate offered is between £25-£30/hr depending on your level of experience (inside IR35) and this contract is for 37hrs per week.
