Planner - (award-winning consultancy) - London

Planner – working with a successful planning practice in London. Salary: £28k - £35k per annum.

A forward-thinking and innovative practice with a well-established client base. The company regularly receives repeat business within the residential, commercial, renewable energy, hospitality  and leisure sectors.

The role specifics

Day to day you will work within a friendly team, on a varying scale of schemes in and around London; contributing to a wide range of planning applications and pre-applications, as well as attending public inquiries.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

•             Research;

•             Preparing Planning appeal statements;

•             Preparing Planning statements;

•             Submitting planning applications and appeals;

•             Undertaking site visits;

•             Meeting with clients;

•             Liaising & negotiating with planning officers;

•             Attending planning committee;

•             Attending informal Hearings and Public Inquiries;

Role requirements

All applicants must have excellent communication skills and be a team player. In addition, due the experience needed for the role – only candidates with at least 2 years of Planning experience will be considered.

Remuneration

You’ll be offered a salary ranging between £28,000 - £35,000 per annum for this role, depending on the level of experience you have.
