North Norfolk is an attractive rural District with a spectacular coastline, stunning landscapes and an incredible way of life all within easy reach of the fine City of Norwich.
Working for the Planning Department here at North Norfolk you will be involved in some of the Councils most ambitious projects including large-scale housing growth, commercial development schemes and renewable energy projects.
At North Norfolk we put our customers at the heart of everything we do. Being an experienced Planner you will be an excellent communicator, effectively engaging with all stakeholders including members, applicants, agents, consultees and communities.
As a Team Leader you will play a vital role in helping shape the future of the department and will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of major projects within the district. You will use your technical expertise and people management skills to guide, support and develop your team to maximise positive outcomes whilst achieving KPIs within legislative timeframes and maintaining a positive culture of learning, growth and creativity.
