Mole Valley is located in the heart of Surrey and is an exceptionally beautiful part of Surrey with the market towns of Dorking and Leatherhead together with significant areas of countryside much of which, including Box Hill, located within the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
We have high levels of resident satisfaction for the quality of our services and the way that we involve and engage with residents on key issues facing the district. We also have 93% of existing staff satisfied with Mole Valley as an employer.
We have just published the pre-submission version of our Local Plan, which together with our Transform Leatherhead and Opportunity Dorking initiatives, our Climate Change Strategy and our Leisure and Tourism Strategy, demonstrates that this is an authority that is ambitious in its plans for the District.
